| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶对早产儿消化道出血的疗效。方法：将符合早产儿消化道出血诊断标准的82例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。两组患儿均给予维生素K1、酚磺乙胺、西咪替丁静脉滴入，1次/天，连用3~5 d，若出血量大者可予输新鲜冰冻血浆；观察组在此基础上给予注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶0.5 KU胃管注入，同时0.5 KU静脉推注，根据出血情况，1~6 h可重复一次，共2~4次，直至出血停止。结果：观察组总有效率92.7%，对照组总有效率56.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗早产儿消化道出血疗效显著，未见明显不良反应，可作为早产儿消化道出血常规用药。 |

| Objective: To observe the curative effect of injection injection mangabeys hemocoagulase on digestive tract hemorrhage in premature infants. Methods: 82 cases were randomly divided into observation group 41 cases and control group 41 cases. Two groups of children were given vitamin K1, etamsylate, cimetidine intravenous drip, 1 time/day, amuse 3~5 d, if the bleeding head but to lose fresh frozen plasma.
