目的:全面掌握某儿童医院住院患者感染多重耐药菌的分布情况及变化趋势。方法:通过目标性监测,收集2011年至2014年多重耐药菌感染病例资料,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:该儿童医院四年来共检出多重耐药菌4 777株,检出率18.11%,主要为ESBLs(+)大肠埃希菌、ESBLs(+)肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌,送检的标本主要为痰液、分泌物、尿,检出的病例多为社区感染,主要集中在内科区域,肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率均超过30%。结论:针对上述分布特点,该儿童医院应该采取有针对性的控制措施。 |

Objective: Find out the distribution and trend of multidrug-resistant bacteria in a children’s hospital. Methods: Collect and analyze the data of multidrug-resistant bacteria from 2011 to 2014 through targeted monitoring. Results: A total of 4777 multidrug-resistant bacteria were isolated in the three years, with the detection rate of 18.11%, the top 3 were ESBLs producing: Escherichia coli and Klebsiella and pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, which the resistance rate were exceeded 30%. Sputum, secretion and urine were the main submission specimens. The mostly cases were community infection mainly in the department of internal medicine. Conclusion: Some appropriate control measures should be adopted and strengthened in response to these distribution characteristics. |
