支气管哮喘患儿氨茶碱的血药浓度监测及其结果分析

摘要:
目的:建立支气管哮喘患儿血浆中氨茶碱浓度的高效液相色谱测定法,分析有效血药浓度与临床疗效之间的关系。方法:采用Hypersil ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(23∶77),流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长273 nm。对2013年1月至2015年6月在我院住院部住院治疗且使用了氨茶碱的110例支气管哮喘患儿的血药浓度与疗效之间关系进行分析。结果:氨茶碱血药浓度在5~20 µg/mL范围时,疗效较好,显效率达75.56%。结论:本方法适宜于氨茶碱的血药浓度测定,临床用药时宜控制氨茶碱血药浓度在5~20 µg/mL范围,能确保临床疗效并防止药物不良反应的发生。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of aminophylline concentration in human serum of bronchial asthma children, and study the relationship between the therapeutic effect and the serum concentrations of aminophylline of bronchial asthma children by monitoring their serum concentrations. Methods: The separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm) column. The mobil phase was methnol-water (23∶77) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, and detected at 273 nm.the serum concentrations were analysised between the therapeutic effects of 110 patients with asthma and administrated with aminophylline from inpatient of our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015. Results: When the serum concentrations of aminophylline were between 5~20 µg/mL, it would better therapeutic effects and the effectual was 75.56%. Conclution: The method is suitable for the determination of aminophylline, and we should control the concentrations between 5~20 µg/mL to get better therapeutic effects and avoid the drug adverreaction.
