| 目的：调查婴幼儿流行性感冒口服药的剂型和剂量在上海市儿童医院儿科门诊治疗中的使用情况，阐明开发儿科用药专用剂型以及开展儿科剂型临床研究的必要性。方法：通过调查上海市儿童医院儿科门诊2014年10月至12月婴幼儿流行性感冒0~3岁儿童处方情况，分析相关药物剂型与剂量存在的问题。结果：用于儿科门诊婴幼儿流行性感冒的专用口服药剂型少，儿科口服药在使用剂型和剂量上存在缺陷，家长给孩子调配药品困难，儿童服用口服药物的依从性差。结论：政府和医药企业应加强开展儿科用药剂型的研究，在合适条件下改变药物的规格和用药剂型剂量，解决家长配药困难和儿童对药物依从性差等问题。 |

| Objective: To investigate the dosage forms and does of infants influenza oral medicines in the treatment of pediatric usage in Children’s Hospital of Shanghai, and to clarify the necessity to develop the special formulations of pediatric drug and to carry out the clinical study of the pediatric dosage form. Methods: By investigating the prescription situation of 0 to 3 years old children of pediatric influenza in Children’s Hospital of Shanghai from October, 2014 to December, 2014, to analyze the existing problems of the related drug dosage forms and the dose. Results: The dosage forms of oral medications for pediatric influenza only are very little. There are defects in the dose of using pediatric oral medications, such as to cause the difficulty for the parents to dispense drugs to their children and the oral medications compliance for children is poor. Conclusion: Government and pharmaceutical enterprises should strengthen the study of pediatric drug dosage forms, to modify the drug specifications and to use dosage under the right conditions, in order to resolve the problems of parents drug dispensing and the poor drug compliance for children. |
