| 目的：通过在静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）的各个工作环节运用标识管理，提高精细化管理水平。方法：在药品仓位、包装、物流、设备保修、排班等日常工作中开展相关的标识管理。结果：通过规范科学的标识管理，减少了工作中的差错和危害的发生，增强了员工自我管理的意识。结论：标识管理的积极运用，提高了用药安全性，使工作开展更有序，从而提升了工作质量和效率。 |

| Objective: To improve the Fine Management through using labeling management in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). Methods: We applicant labeling management in drug, import, storage, logistics system, guarantee repairment, shift arrangement. Results: by using labeling management normative and scientific in PIVAS, the error and damage rate were significant decreased, and Enhance the consciousness of employee self management. Conclusion: Security and quality of PIVAS were improved by using labeling management normatively and scientifically. |
