| 苏州地区儿童hMPV流行病学特征及胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素在hMPV感染喘息患儿中的作用 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的:了解近年来江苏苏州地区儿童偏肺病毒(hMPV)流行病学特征,并探讨胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)在hMPV感染喘息儿童中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2014年12月苏州大学附属儿童医院呼吸科住院治疗的372例hMPV下呼吸道感染患儿。采用ELISA法检35例单纯hMPV 感染并伴有喘息的肺炎患儿、15例单纯hMPV感染无喘息的肺炎患儿以及34例其他病原感染并伴有喘息的肺炎患儿血浆中TSLP、IL-4和IL-2水平。结果:下呼吸道感染患儿hMPV总检出率为2.75%, 2010年检出率最高,春季检出率最高,秋季检出率最低,每年的2月至5月为hMPV检出高峰%,5岁以内检出率较高。单纯hMPV感染且伴有喘息的肺炎患儿血浆中TSLP 及IL-4水平明显高于hMPV感染非喘息患儿以及非hMPV感染喘息患儿(P均<0.05)。结论:苏州地区各年度hMPV检出率有所波动,5岁以内儿童检出率较高,春季检出率最高。hMPV感染后可引起TSLP表达增强,可能与Th2细胞免疫亢进及喘息有关。 |

| Objective: To study epidemiological characteristics of human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) infection in children in Suzhou area, to explore the effect of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in wheezing children infected with human Metapneumovirus. Methods: Three hundreds and seventy two cases of hMPV infected children admitted in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University with lower respiratory tract infection between January 2009 and December 2014 were recruited in the study. The levels of TSLP, IL-4 and IL-2 in plasma in 35 cases of hMPV infected children with wheezing, 15 cases of hMPV infected children without wheezing and 34 cases of wheezing children with other pathogens infection were test by ELISA. Results: The detection rate of hMPV was 2.75% in children with lower respiratory tract infection. The highest detection rate came up in 2010. The highest detection rate came up in spring, and was low in autumn. The peak detection rate came up from February to May. The detection rate was highest in children under 5 years old. The levels of TSLP and IL-4 in plasma were significant higher in wheezing children with hMPV infected than those hMPV infected children without wheezing and those wheezing children with other pathogen infected (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection rate was fluctuated each year in Suzhou area. The detection rate was highest in children under 5 years old. The highest detection rate came up in spring. The expressions of TSLP in plasma elevate after hMPV infection, which may be related to the hyperfunction of Th2 cells and wheezing. |
