| ［］目的: 探讨静脉用丙种球蛋白治疗中、重症毛细支气管炎的疗效及病后喘息发作影响。方法: 采取随机对照方法,将92例婴幼儿毛细支气管炎住院患儿分成治疗组 46 例和对照组 46例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用静脉用丙种球蛋白,两组疗程均为7～10 d。比较两组患儿临床症状、体征消失时间及住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果: 两组患儿均痊愈出院,治疗组总有效率为91.3%,显著高于对照组为76.1%,差异有统计学意义 ( P<0.05) ；治疗组患儿喘息消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组( P<0.05),随访1年治疗组患儿喘息复发情况显著低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论: 在常规治疗基础上加用静滴丙种球蛋白治疗治疗中、重症毛细支气管炎是一种有效方法,能促进病情缓解,明显减少住院时间,并对毛细支气管炎病后喘息复发有预防作用,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of intravenous Immunoglobulin in the treatment of moderate and severe bronchiolitis and the effect of wheezing. Methods: A total of 92 infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 46) and control group (n = 46). The control group was treated with routine therapy. The treatment group was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin, The course of treatment was 7 ~ 10 days. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared and the time of hospitalization and adverse reaction were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 76.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The time of wheezing disappeared in the treatment group, (P <0.05). The relapse of wheezing in children treated for1 years was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In routine therapy based on the addition of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy in the treatment of severe bronchiolitis is an effective way to promote disease remission, significantly reduce hospital stay, and bronchiolitis recurrence after the prevention of wheezing, worthy of clinical application. |
