| [摘要]目的:为应对我院药品短缺问题提供参考。方法:对2014年1月至2015年12月我院通过北京市药品集中采购信息平台上报的短缺药品次数、品规数、剂型、短缺原因及价格进行分析。结果:2014 年1月至2015年12月我院上报短缺药品350次,共计117个品规,其中注射剂占53.85%,短缺原因为原料药短缺及需求量小、企业不生产占 54.7%,单支(最小包装单位)小于5元的药品短缺占34.19%。结论:长期短缺的药品会严重影响临床治疗,剂型短缺与我院用药特殊性有关,药品价格与药品短缺有关,国家定点生产可有助于改善药品短缺情况。 |

| [Abstract]Objective: In order to provide reference for the drug shortage in our hospital. Methods: The data of shortages of medicines
reported by centralized purchasing platform from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected, number of shortages of medicines and
drug specifications, dosage form, causes of shortages and price were analyzed. Results: From January 2014 to December 2015 in our
hospital, we reported shortages of medicines 350 times, a total of 117 drug specifications, injection accounted for 53.85% and shortage due to raw material drug shortages and small demand, enterprise production accounted for 54.7%, single package units less than 5 yuan of the shortage of medicines accounted for 34.19%. Conclusion: Long term shortage of drugs will seriously affect clinical treatment, the shortage of the dosage forms is related to the particularity of the drug used in our hospital, drug's price is related to drug shortages, the national sentinel production will help to improve the shortage of drugs. |
