| 目的:探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中实施药学监护的方法。方法:临床药师参与1例重症支气管肺炎患儿的治疗过程,分析重症支气管肺炎的初始抗感染治疗、抗病毒治疗及雾化吸入治疗方案及药学监护重点。结果:临床药师通过在患儿抗感染、雾化吸入等治疗过程中提供合理的用药建议,使患儿获得了较好的治疗效果。结论:临床药师加入医疗团队,参与药物治疗过程,有助于提高药物治疗效果,及时发现、处理药物不良反应,降低患儿治疗费用。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical pharmacists in clinical drug treatment of the implementation of pharmaceutical care. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of 1 cases of severe bronchial pneumonia in children, analyzed the initial anti-infection treatment, antiviral therapy, atomization absorption treatment and the pharmaceutical care point of the treatment. Results: Clinical pharmacists can provide a reasonable treatment for children with anti-infection, atomization inhalation and other treatment. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can join the medical team, participate in the process of drug treatment, help to improve the effect of drug treatment, find and treat the adverse drug reactions timely and reduce the cost of treatment. |
