儿重症治疗团队中的重要成员之一,通过积极参与重症患儿药物治疗过程,可以协助提高临床危重症药物选用水平。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the maintenance of vital signs in children with congenital
diaphragmatic hernia and pulmonary hypertension in pediatric surgical intensive care unit. Methods: Through the analysis of the
treatment process to find out how to provide pharmaceutical care for children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia and pulmonary
hypertension from the point of vasoactive drugs and analgesic sedative drugs during preoperative periods. Results: The pharmacists
provided a retrospective analysis of the treatment process and then provided pharmacotherapy advice concerning vasoactive drugs and
analgesic sedative drugs, and improved the level of drug usage. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacist is one of the important members of the
pediatric intensive care team. It can help improving the selection level of critically ill drugs by actively participating in the drug treatment process of children with severe disease. |
