| [摘要] 目的:评价我院儿科应用雾化吸入治疗的合理性,为儿童应用雾化吸入治疗提供参考。 方法:收集 2016 年 4-9 月我院
儿科应用雾化吸入治疗的 300 例住院患儿的病历资料,对性别、年龄、临床诊断、雾化剂品种、使用剂量以及联合用药等信息进
行统计分析,评价我院儿科应用雾化吸入治疗的合理性。结果:300例患儿中,单独使用异丙托溴铵的频率最高,占患儿人数的
34.00%;支气管肺炎占患儿人数的44.00%;25例不合理用药为应用异丙托溴铵、特布他林和布地奈德治疗咽炎和扁桃体炎,
其中异丙托溴铵12例,异丙托溴铵使用剂量在100~ 250 μg 范围之间的8例,4 例剂量达到 500 μg。 结论:我院儿科应用雾化
吸入治疗基本合理,但是仍存在超范围、超剂量用药的情况。 |

| Rationality Analysis in Children of Using Aerosol Inhalation Therapy |

| [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the rationality of aerosol inhalation therapy in children and provide reference of using aerosol
inhalant therapy for children. Methods: By collecting the medical records of 300 hospitalized children who were treated with aerosol
inhalant therapy in pediatrics department from April to September 2016. The data based on gender, age, clinical diagnosis, varieties,
dosage and combined medication were analyzed, and the rationality of aerosol inhalant was evaluated. Results: In 300 cases, the
frequency of isopropyl bromide alone was the highest, accounting for 34.00% of the total number, the proportion of bronchial pneumonia
was 44.00%. In 25 cases of non-rational drug administration were applied to the treatment of pharyngitis and tonsillitis with isopropyl
bromide, tebutaline and budesonide. Among 25 cases treated with isopropyl bromide, 8 cases of the dose of isopropyl bromide were in
the range of 100 to 250 μg, 4 cases with a dose of 500 μg. Conclusion: In our hospital, the application of aerosol inhalation therapy is
basically reasonable, but there are still over-range and over dosage medication. |
