布拉酵母菌治疗儿童感染性腹泻的效果及其对血清 IL-8、IL-10 及 C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的:探讨布拉酵母菌对感染性腹泻儿童的临床治疗效果及其对血清白细胞介素鄄8(IL-8)、IL-10和C反应蛋白水平的 影响。 方法:将 2015年7月至2016年12月我院收治的96例感染性腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。 两组均给予 抗生素、补液等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予布拉酵母菌治疗,每次250 mg,2 次/日,两组患儿均治疗3 d后评估疗效。 记 录止泻时间、痊愈时间及治疗前后大便次数,并通过 ELISA 法检测治疗前后两组患儿血清IL-8、IL-10和C反应蛋白的水平变化 情况。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患儿大便次数、血清 IL-8和C反应蛋白水平均降低,IL-10水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患儿大便次数减少,止泻时间及痊愈时间缩短,血清IL-8和C反应蛋白水平均降低,IL-10水平升 高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.75% )高于对照组(72.96% ),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布拉 酵母菌应用于感染性腹泻儿童效果显著,可促进患儿临床症状缓解,降低 IL-8和C反应蛋白水平,升高 IL-10 水平,从而减轻炎 症反应,在临床治疗中具有重要意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii in infantile infectious diarrhea and the effect on serum IL-8, IL-10 and C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods: Ninety-six children with infantile infectious diarrhea from July 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group. Both groups were given antibiotics, fluid infusion and other conventional treatment. On this basis, the observation group were given Saccharomyces boulardii 250 mg each time and twice a day. Antidiarrheal time, healing time and bowel movement frequency were compared between two groups after 3 d. The levels of IL-8, IL-10 and CRP in two groups were examined by ELISA assay before and after treatment. Results: The levels of IL-8, CRP and bowel movement frequency after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The levels of IL-8, CRP, antidiarrheal time, healing time, bowel movement frequency in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical significance ( P<0.05) . The effective rate of observation group was 93.75% , which was significantly higher than that of control group (72.96% ), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Saccharomyces boulardii used in the treatment of infantile infectious diarrhea has significant efficacy, which can promote the clinical symptom relief, reduce the levels of IL-8 and CRP, improve the level of IL-10, reduce the inflammatory response, and has important significance in clinical treatment.
