6S管理在西药房分诊断单元服务中的应用

摘要:
目的:根据6S管理标准,规范西药房药品管理,完善分诊断单元服务模式。方法:成立6S管理小组,运用6S管理方法对西药房环境、药品、物品等方面进行现场管理,包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养和安全。结果:实施6S管理后,西药房在工作效率、调剂差错情况与药品效期管理上均有显著的改善。结论:6S管理在持续提高分诊断单元服务质量中有良好的应用前景,能持续提高患者满意度和药学服务质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To conduct 6S management to standardize the pharmaceutical administration and improve the diagnostic unit service mode. Methods: 6S management group was established, 6S management methods was adopted to conduct on-site management on environment, medicines and materials in pharmacy, including seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke and security. Results: After the implementation of 6S management, the work efficiency, fault prescription and administration on expiration date in pharmacy had been significantly improved. Conclusion: 6S management has a good application prospect in continuously improving the quality of diagnostic unit service, which can sustainably improve the satisfaction degree of patients and quality of pharmaceutical services.
