黄芪皂苷对不同证型C57BL/6小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、IgG1、IgG2水平的影响

摘要:
目的:观察黄芪皂苷对不同证型C57BL/6小鼠血清中白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IgG1、IgG2水平的调节作用,探讨黄芪皂苷的作用机制。方法:将84只C57BL/6小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为正常组、肺气虚模型组、肺气虚治疗组、脾气虚模型组、脾气虚治疗组、肾阳虚模型组、肾阳虚治疗组各12只。除正常组外,其余各组小鼠复制3种不同证型的小鼠模型,分别摘眼球取血,采用ESILA法检测各组小鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、IgG1、IgG2水平。结果:肺气虚治疗组小鼠的IL-2、IgG1、IgG2水平高于肺气虚模型组,IL-4 水平明显低于肺气虚模型组(P均<0.05);脾气虚治疗组小鼠的IL-2、IgG1水平高于脾气虚模型组,IL-4水平低于脾气虚模型组(P均<0.05);肾阳虚治疗组小鼠的IL-2水平高于肾阳虚模型组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪皂苷可调节不同证型小鼠血IgG1、IgG2水平,提高小鼠对细菌、病毒等外来病原体的抵抗力,能调节小鼠的IL-2/IL-4平衡,使免疫因子水平朝着更有利于机体状况的方向变化。

Astragaloside on Serum IL-2, IL-4, IgG1 and IgG2 Levels in Different C57BL/6 Mice

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the regulation effects of astragaloside on serum IL-2, IL-4, IgG1 and IgG2 levels in different C57BL/6 mice, and to probe into the mechanism of astragaloside. Methods: Eighty-four C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal group, lung-qi deficiency model group, lung-qi deficiency treatment group, spleen-qi deficiency model group, spleen-qi deficiency treatment group, kidney-yang deficiency model group and kidney-yang deficiency treatment group, with 12 cases in each group. Apart from the normal group, the mice in the rest of each group were made into three syndrome models, and then the blood was taken from the eyeballs, and the serum IL-2, IL-4, IgG1 and IgG2 levels in each group were detected by ESILA. Results: The serum IL-2, IgG1, IgG2 levels of lung-qi deficiency treatment group were significantly higher than those of lung-qi deficiency model group (P<0.05), and the IL-4 level of lung-qi deficiency treatment group was significantly lower than that of lung-qi deficiency model group (P<0.05); the serum IL-2 and IgG1 levels of spleen-qi deficiency treatment group were significantly higher than those of spleen-qi deficiency model group(P<0.05), and the IL-4 level of spleen-qi deficiency treatment group was significantly lower than that of spleen-qi deficiency model group (P<0.05); the serum IL-4 level of kidney-yang deficiency treatment group was significantly higher than that of kidney-yang deficiency model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Astragaloside can adjust the serum IgG1 and IgG2 levels in different C57BL/6 mice, improve the resistances to bacteria, viruses and other foreign pathogens, regulate the balance of IL-2/ IL-4 in mice and change the levels of immune factors toward the direction that is more conducive to the body’s condition.
