| 目的:分析评价我院血液制剂使用情况,为合理用药提供参考,进一步促进血液制剂合理使用。方法:利用医院信息管理系统(HIS)功能,每月随机抽取点评30条使用血液制剂的医嘱,采用回顾性分析方法,对2016年点评的360条医嘱进行统计分析。结果:我院使用血液制剂的科室以重症医学科最多,占29.17%;使用率最多的为静脉注射人免疫球蛋白,占48.06%;不合理使用血液制剂的情况以适应证不适宜多见,占63.16%。结论:通过对我院使用血液制剂的医嘱进行点评,能够及时了解我院血液制剂使用情况,通过及时的干预,不合理使用血液制剂的情况逐渐改善。 |

| Special Comments and Intervention Analysis of Blood Preparations in a Grade III Level A Children's Hospital in 2016 |

| Objective: To analyze and evaluate the application of blood preparations in our hospital, and to provide reference for rational application of drugs, so as to further promote the rational application of blood preparations. Methods: Using the hospital information management system (HIS), 30 pieces of medical orders for blood preparations were randomly selected and reviewed every month. A retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the 360 medical orders reviewed in 2016. Results: In our hospital, the application rate of blood preparations in intensive care unit took the lead, accounting for 29.17%. The most frequently used was intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin, accounting for 48.06%. The improper application of blood preparations was more common in patients with inappropriate indications, accounting for 63.16%. Conclusion: By reviewing medical orders on the application of blood preparations in our hospital, we can timely understand the application of blood preparations in our hospital, and gradually improve the unreasonable use of blood preparations through timely intervention. |
