Abstract: |
Objective: To compare the outcome of intraoperative administration of Sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection versus sodium acetate Ringer’s injection for laparoscopic surgery in neonates. Methods: A total of 60 ASA I or II neonates scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery, were randomly divided into Sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection group (Ⅰgroup) and sodium acetate Ringer’s injection group (Ⅱgroup). Both groups were anesthesia with intravenous-inhalation combined anesthesia. Arterial blood gas, blood glucose, lactate and electrolytes were measured before and after the surgery. Results: Blood glucose postoperative in groupⅠ was higher than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05). There was no change in blood glucose in group Ⅱ during the surgery. There was no significant change in lactate, pH, BE and electrolytes in two groups before and after operation. Conclusion: Compared with sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection, sodium acetate Ringer’s injection have more advantage for maintaining the stability of glucose levels in perioperative neonate, which may be a more effective fluid replacement choice for neonate undergoing laparoscopic surgery. |
