| [摘要]目的：探讨临床药师在氨溴特罗口服液治疗中的药学监护作用，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性分析临床药师对1例应用氨溴特罗口服液治疗而导致手部震颤患儿的药学监护过程。结果：临床药师通过分析患儿用药情况和病情，考虑手部震颤为应用氨溴特罗口服液所致，协助临床医师调整用药方案，患儿住院10 d后康复出院。结论：临床药师应深入临床，积极发挥自身优势，加强用药教育，降低不良反应发生率，促进临床合理用药。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care for the treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution, so as to provide reference for the clinical rational medication. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on the pharmaceutical care for one child with tremor of the hand induced by ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution by clinical pharmacists. Results: By analyzing the medication situation and disease condition of the child, the clinical pharmacists considered that the tremor was induced by ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution. And then the clinical pharmacists assisted the clinicians to adjust the medication regimen, the child was discharged after being hospitalized for 10 d. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists should go deep into the clinic, actively exert their own advantages, strengthen the medication education, reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, and promote the clinical rational medication. |
