| 目的:探讨新生儿狼疮综合征的临床表现及转归,提高对新生儿狼疮综合征的认识。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2017年9月西安市儿童医院新生儿科住院的10例新生儿狼疮综合征的临床表现、辅助检查、转归及其母亲的相关疾病情况。结果:10例新生儿狼疮综合征中男5例,女5例;均出现皮肤损害,4例有肝脏损害,1例先天性心脏传导束发育异常,1例血液系统损害。患儿均有抗核抗体阳性和抗SSA抗体和或抗SSB抗体阳性。有2例母亲产前诊断为系统性红斑狼疮,其余母亲均为无症状,仅有抗核抗体阳性和抗SSA抗体和或抗SSB抗体阳性。除1例放弃治疗后失访,其余患儿均随访10 d~3年,患儿皮疹及其他症状均随自身抗体消耗而消失。结论:新生儿狼疮综合征临床主要以一过性皮疹为主要表现,可伴有肝脏、血液系统、及先天性心脏传导束发育异常。其症状可随着自身抗体消失而自愈。母亲以系统性红斑狼疮及无症状的自身抗体阳性多见。 |

| Clinical Analysis of 10 Cases of Neonatal Lupus Erythematous Syndrome |

| Objective: This study summary the clinical features and treatment outcomes of neonatal lupus erythematous syndrome (NLE), to improve our understanding of this disease. Methods: Collect the clinical features, accessory examinations, treatment outcomes and maternal condition of 10 NLE cases admitted in Xi’an Children Hospital Neonatal Department. Results: Of 10 NLE, 5 cases were male and 5 were female, all NLE had skin lesion, 4 cases had hepatic lesion, 1 case had congenital cardiac conduction bundle development abnormality, 1 case had hematologic system lesion. All of 10 cases ANA ( antinuclear antibody) positive and anti-SSA or anti-SSB antibody positive. 2 cases maternal prenatal examination had diagnosis mother systemic lupus erythematosus while the rest 8 cases mother had no symptom but with the positive of ANA, anti-SSA or anti-SSB antibody. Only 1 case dead after abandon treatment, the rest 9 cases erythra and other symptom gradually vanish with autoantibody fade away. Conclusion: NLE with the main clinical feature of transient erytha, may accompany with hepatic damage, hematological system damage or congenital cardiac conduction bundle development abnormality. The main clinical feature can gradually vanish with autoantibody fade away. Mother main had SLE or positive autoantibody and no typical symptom. |
