| [摘要] 目的：观察重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取2016-2017年于我院儿科住院治疗的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿239例，随机分为观察组118例，对照组121例，在常规治疗的基础上观察组给予重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为89.0%，高于对照组76.9%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的退热时间、疱疹消失时间、恢复进食时间、咽痛消失时间及平均住院时间均较对照组缩短，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均无无严重不良反应发生。结论：重组人干扰素α-1b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎安全有效，能够缩短病程，显著缩短退热时间、咽痛时间及疱疹消退时间，尽快恢复食欲，值得临床推广。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferon α-1b spray in the treatment of children with herpangina. Methods: A total of 239 children with herpangina admitted into the pediatrics of our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were extracted to be randomly divided into the observation group (n=118) and the control group (n=121). On the basis of the routine treatment, the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon-1b spray, and the control group received ribavirin spray. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.0%, higher than that of the control group 76.9% (P<0.05). The relieving time of fever, disappearance time of herpes, recovery time of appetite, disappearance time of pharyngodynia and average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no adverse drug reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon alpha-1b spray is safe and effective, which can shorten the course of disease, significantly shorten the relieving time of fever, disappearance time of pharyngodynia and herpes, and restore the appetite as soon as possible. It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
