| 目的：调查我院儿童合理用药微信平台咨询内容，为提高患儿用药依从性提供依据。方法：对我院2017年3月至2018年2月儿童合理用药微信平台咨询情况进行分类、统计、分析，并列举出典型案例。结果：1 018例用药咨询中，主要以呼吸系统疾病（43.12%）和消化系统疾病（36.05%）用药为主。咨询内容主要为帮助推荐用药（37.03%）、药物相互作用（29.76%）、药物用法用量（22.40%）。结论：通过微信平台咨询可以为患儿家长提供方便快捷的用药咨询服务，促进合理用药，提高药学服务质量。 |

| Consultation Analysis on Rational Drug Use in Children on Wechat Platform |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To investigate the consultation content of rational drug use in children in our hospital on the WeChat platform, so as to provide reference for improving the medication compliance of children. Methods: Classification, statistics and analysis of the consultation of rational drug use in children in our hospital on the WeChat platform from Mar. 2017 to Feb. 2018 were conducted, and typical cases were enumerated. Results: Among the 1,018 cases of medication consultation, the major drugs were respiratory diseases (43.12%) and digestive diseases (36.05%). The main content of the consultation was drug recommendation (37.03%), drug interaction (29.76%) and drug use and dosage (22.40%). Conclusion: WeChat platform consultation can provide convenient and rapid medication consultation service for children’s parents, promote the rational drug use and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. |
