| 目的：探究流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎的流行特点、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法：对重庆医科大学附属儿童医院2012年1月至2018年1月期间35例流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎进行回顾性分析。结果：35例患儿发病年龄在11~18岁之间，平均年龄（13.48±2.24）岁。患儿均以腮腺肿大为首发症状，在病程第（4.6±2.11）天出现睾丸炎症状，23例（65.7%）为单侧。激素治疗后（2.54±0.77）d睾丸肿痛开始好转，（5.11±0.60）d后缓解或治愈。结论：流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎多见于青春期早期，多为单侧，越早激素治疗，睾丸炎病程越短，预后良好 |

| Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, treatment and prognosis of mumps orchitis. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on of 35 cases of mumps orchitis of Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2018. Results: The onset age of 35 children was between 11 and 18 years, with an average of (13.48±2.24) years. All children had parotid swelling as the first symptom. Testicular symptoms appeared in the (4.6±2.11) d of the disease, and 23 cases (65.7%) were unilateral. Testicular swelling and pain were improved after (2.54±0.77) d of glucocorticoid treatment, and relieved or cured after (5.11±0.60) d. Conclusion: Epidemic mumps orchitis is more common in early adolescence, mostly unilateral. The earlier the treatment with glucocorticoids, the shorter the course of orchitis, and all cases have good prognosis. |
