宫内感染早产儿脑损伤与血清炎症因子水平的相关性

摘要:
目的:探讨宫内感染早产儿脑损伤与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平的相关性,为早产儿脑损伤的预防提供参考。方法:收集2013-2014年在邯郸市中心医院出生的早产儿204例,根据胎盘组织病理结果分为宫内感染组104例和非感染组100例,检测两组患儿血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平,根据振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)评价早产儿脑损伤结果,分析其相关性。结果:感染组患儿aEEG异常率高于非感染组,血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平均高于非感染组(P均<0.05);感染组脑损伤早产儿的血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平均高于无脑损伤早产儿(P均<0.05);宫内感染早产儿脑损伤与血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平与宫内感染早产儿脑损伤具有相关性,可为早产儿脑损伤的预防提供参考。

Correlation between Brain Injury and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Premature Infants with Intrauterine Infection

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the correlation between brain injury and levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8 in premature infants with intrauterine infection, so as to provide reference for the prevention of brain injury in preterm infants. Methods: Totally 204 premature infants were extracted from Handan Central Hospital from 2013 to 2014. According to the placental tissue pathological results, the patients were divided into the infection group (n=104) and the non infection group (n=100). The levels of serum CRP, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 were detected. The results of brain injury in premature infants were evaluated by amplitude integrated electroencephalography (aEEG), and the correlation was analyzed. Results: The abnormal rate of aEEG in the infection group was significantly higher than that in the non infected group, the levels of serum CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in the infection group were significantly higher than those in the non infected group (P<0.05). The serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 were significantly higher in the preterm infants with brain injury than those without brain injury in the infection group (P<0.05). The levels of serum CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 are positively correlated with the brain injury of preterm infants in perinatal period. Conclusion: The levels of serum CRP, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 are related to the brain injury of preterm infants with intrauterine infection, which could provide reference for the prevention of brain injury in preterm infants.
