| [摘要]目的：探讨高渗海水联合孟鲁司特钠治疗鼻-鼻窦炎所致儿童上气道咳嗽综合征（UACS）的疗效。方法：选取2017年2月至2018年1月在我院门诊确诊为鼻-鼻窦炎所致的UACS患儿84例，随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予高渗海水喷鼻联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较两组疗效，采用鼻阻流涕视觉模拟量表（VAS）、咳嗽评分法、鼻内镜Lund-kennedy评分进行评价。结果：治疗4周后，两组患儿VAS评分、Lund-kennedy评分和咳嗽评分均较治疗前改善（P<0.05），且观察组指标改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：高渗海水联合孟鲁司特钠治疗鼻-鼻窦炎所致儿童上气道咳嗽综合征效果显著，不良反应较少。 |

| Hypertonic Saline Solution Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Children with Upper Airway Cough Syndrome Caused by Rhinosinusitis |

| [Abstract] Objective: To probe into the efficacy of hypertonic saline solution combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with upper airway cough syndrome (UACS) caused by rhinosinusitis. Methods: Totally 84 children with UACS caused by rhinosinusitis admitted into outpatient department of our hospital from Feb. 2017 to Jan. 2018 were extracted to be randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with eucalyptol, limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules, while the observation group was treated with hypertonic saline solution nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. The effects of two groups were compared and evaluated by the Nasal Respiratory Visual Analog Scale (VAS), cough score, and endoscopic Lund-kennedy score. Results: After treatment of 4 weeks, the VAS, Lund-kennedy score and cough score of two groups were better than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of hypertonic saline solution combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with UACS caused by rhinosinusitis is significant, with fewer adverse drug reactions. |
