| 目的：应用品管圈有效缩短静脉用药集中调配中心（PIVAS）调配住院长期医嘱的时间，提高工作效率与质量。方法：通过开展品管圈活动，针对PIVAS调配住院长期医嘱的时间设定目标，分析原因，提出对策与实施，从而达到预期目标。结果：通过品管圈活动，PIVAS长期医嘱日均调配时间由20.55 h减少至11.51 h，目标达标率103.7%。结论：在PIVAS开展品管圈活动，缩短了调配住院长期医嘱的时间，改善了工作流程，有利于患者及时、安全用药 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To effectively shorten the dispensing time of long-term inpatient medical orders in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), so as to improve the work efficiency and quality. Methods: By carrying out quality control circle activities, targets for the dispensing time of long-term inpatient medical orders in PIVAS were set, reasons were analyzed, and countermeasures and implementation were performed, eventually the expected targets were achieved. Results: Through the quality control circle activities, the average dispensing time of long-term inpatient medical orders in PIVAS was decreased from 20.55 h to 11.51 h, with the target rate of 103.7%. Conclusion: The development of quality control circle can shorten the dispensing time of long-term inpatient medical orders in PIVAS and improve the working process. |
