| 目的:了解现阶段贵阳地区公立幼儿园家长对儿童安全用药的认知情况,进一步探讨临床药师社区药学服务模式,并对宣教效果进行评价分析,为儿童安全用药提供依据。方法:临床药师通过社区开展“儿童安全用药”宣教活动,在宣教前收集、评估家长关心的安全用药问题,宣教后对涉及儿童安全用药的问题进行家长知晓度调查。结果:25个被调查问题中,7个问题的认知情况差异无统计学意义,其余18个问题的知晓程度和认知情况经药师科普干预后均有效提高(P<0.05)。结论:目前社区药学组织极度匮乏,临床药师在社区开展药学宣教具有一定的社会价值,有助于增强家长在儿童安全用药方面的意识,对国内社区药学服务的发展有积极的促进意义。 |

| Investigation on Cognition of Medication Safety in Children’s Parents and Intervention Effect Evaluation on Pharmaceutical Education |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To investigate the current cognition of medication safety in children’s parents in Guiyang, further explore the community pharmaceutical care model of clinical pharmacists, and evaluate and analyze the pharmaceutical education effect, so as to provide reference for safe medication for children. Methods: The clinical pharmacists developed pharmaceutical education of Medication Safety in Children through the community, collected and evaluated questions of medication safety concerned by parents before pharmaceutical education, and conducted survey on parents’ cognition of questions related to medication safety in children after pharmaceutical education. Results: Among the 25 surveyed questions, the cognitive status of 7 questions showed no statistically significant difference, and the awareness and cognitive status of the remaining 18 questions were effectively improved after the intervention of clinical pharmacists (P<0.05). Conclusion: At present, there is a severe shortage of community pharmaceutical organizations. Therefore, it is of certain social value for clinical pharmacists to developed pharmaceutical education in the community, which is helpful to enhance parents’ cognition of safe medication for children and has positive significance in promoting the development of community pharmaceutical care in China. |
