| 的: 分析天津市西青医院儿科中利巴韦林使用情况，加强合理用药，为安全用药提供参考。方法：收集儿科门急诊处方，回顾性研究2017年度利巴韦林在天津市西青医院儿科中的用量、患儿年龄及诊断等，调查利巴韦林在抗病毒治疗中的合理情况。结果：儿科利巴韦林使用量占全院89.37%，0~6岁儿童使用占比达84.19%，利巴韦林的应用诊断中急性咽炎、急性支气管炎、急性上呼吸道感染、疱疹性咽峡炎占比达81.25%。结论：利巴韦林的应用存在用药不适宜情况，药学部门应加强医院临床用药控制，儿科医师应严格控制抗病毒药的使用，按照药品说明书规定用药。 |

| Objective: To analyze the use of ribavirin in a hospital pediatrics, strengthening rational administration, the safty of medication and providing reference for safe drug use. Methods: The pediatric emergency department prescription was extracted. Retrospective study of ribavirin used in pediatrics of a hospital in 2017, including dose, age and the diagnosis. The rationality of ribavirin was investigated in antiviral therapy. Results: The use of pediatric ribavirin accounted for 89.37% of the hospital, and the proportion of children aged 0-6 was 84.19%. The application of ribavirin in the diagnosis of acute pharyngitis, acute bronchitis, acute upper respiratory tract infection, herpes angina was 81.25%. Conclusion: The application of ribavirin is inappropriate at present. The pharmaceutical department should strengthen the control of ribavirin in hospitals. Pediatricians should strictly control the use of antiviral drugs and be according to the instructions strictly and carefully. |
