高效液相色谱法测定止痒消炎水中蛇床子素的含量

摘要:
目的:建立采高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定止痒消炎水中蛇床子素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以蛇床子素为目标成分,色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(65:35),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35 ℃,检测波长为322 nm,进样量10 μL。结果:蛇床子素在15.936~63.744 μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率100.6%(n=6)。三批样品含量测定结果显示,本品每毫升含蛇床子素0.291 mg。结论:本方法专属性强,重现性好,结果准确,操作简便,可作为止痒消炎水中蛇床子素的含量测定方法

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of osthole in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid. Methods: HPLC was used with osthole as the reference substance. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (65∶35), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 322 nm, with injection volume of 10 μL. Results: The linear range of osthol was 15.936 μg/mL to 63.744 μg/mL (r=0.999,9), and the average recovery was 100.6% (n=6). The average content of osthol in three batches of samples was 0.291 mg/mL. Conclusion: This method is highly specific, reproducible, reliable and simple, which can be used as the method for the determination of osthole in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid
