| ]目的：评价孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法：检索the Cochrance Library, PubMed、EMBase、CBM、Science Direct, 中国知网、万方及维普数据库，纳入孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘的随机对照试验，观察组采用孟鲁司特钠氟替卡松吸入治疗，对照组单用氟替卡松吸入治疗，提取符合纳入标准的临床研究文献信息，采用RevMan5.3软件对纳入文献进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果：共纳入13篇中文文献，包括1 440例受试者。Meta分析结果显示，观察组总有效率及肺功能指标第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）高于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组复发率低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘临床治疗效果显著。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods: The Cochrance Library, PubMed, EMBase, CBM, Science Direct, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone in the treatment of asthma in children, the observation group was treated with inhalation of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone, and the control group received fluticasone alone. The clinical literature that met the inclusion criteria were extracted. RevMan5.3 software was used for quality evaluation and Meta-analysis of the included literature. Results: A total of 13 Chinese literature were collected, including 1,440 children. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate and lung function indexes of the observation group in the first second of forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01); the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone inhalation is effective in the treatment of asthma |
