| 目的：分析3例盐酸氨溴索致儿童呼吸困难的原因。方法：以首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院2018年6-8月静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索出现呼吸困难的3例患儿为研究对象，检索输液反应、药物过敏反应定义及临床特征的文献，通过排除法得到可能的原因。结果：3例患儿的临床表现与类热原反应最为接近。结论：输液中的不溶性微粒有造成过敏反应的危害，操作中需要严格按照配置输液的要求配置，降低不溶性微粒对儿童的危害。 |

| Objective: To analysis the causes of dyspnea in 3 children caused by ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods: 3 cases of dyspnea in children caused by ambroxol hydrochloride were collected from June 2018 to August 2018 in Beijing Children’s Hospital, Capital Medical University. Searching for articles about the definition and clinical features of infusion reactions and drug allergy,getting the possible reasons by exclusion. Results: Pyrogen like reaction is the most possible reason according to the 3 childrend’s clinical features. Conclusion: Nsoluble particles in infusion may cause allergic reactions, so it is necessary to configure them strictly according to the requirements of infusion in order to reduce the harm of insoluble particles to children. |
