我院静脉用药调配中心自动化建设的应用与实践

摘要:
目的:建立静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)智能系统,为PIVAS的信息化、自动化建设提供借鉴。方法:基于医院信息系统(HIS),开发智能审方、智能摆药、扫描核对、智能轨道运送等系统模块, 分析其在实践中的应用情况, 并对应用前后不合格医嘱率、摆药效率、差错件数、人员效率等进行比较,以评价应用效果。结果:该系统运用后, 实现了自动审核医嘱、智能分拣摆药、智能扫描核对、成品输液自动运送;不合理医嘱由原来的0.10%下降为0.06%,摆药贴签用时由每日(4.35±0.48)h 缩短至(3.15±0.31)h;每日调配内差由(4.23±0.82)件降低至(1.52±0.24)件;药品破损由每日(2.78±0.24)件降低至(0.69±0.74)件;成品输液打包分拣差错由每日(6.78±0.45)件降低至(2.36±0.14)件。每日可减少排药人员1名,减少外送人员1名。结论:PIVAS的信息化和自动化建设有助于提升药学服务水平,降本增效,提高医院整体管理水平。

Abstract:
Objective: To develop the intelligent system of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), so as to provide reference for information and automation construction of PIVAS. Methods: Based on hospital information system (HIS), intelligent prescription examination system, intelligent dispensing system, scanning and checking system and intelligent track transportation system were developed. The application of automation management system in practice was analyzed, and the rate of unqualified medical orders, dispensing efficiency, number of errors and personnel efficiency before and after application were compared. Results: After the application of the system, automatic checking of medical orders, intelligent sorting and dispensing of drugs, intelligent scanning and checking, and automatic transfusion of finished products were realized. The proportion of irrational medical orders decreased from 0.10% to 0.06%, and the time of dispensing and labeling decreased from (4.35±0.48) h to (3.15±0.31) h per day. The daily dispensing difference decreased from 4.23±0.82 to 1.52±0.24, and the drug breakage events decreased from 2.78 ±0.24 to 0.69±0.74. Packing and sorting errors of finished infusion products decreased from 6.78±0.45 to 2.36±0.14 per day. One dispenser and one dispatcher can be reduced per day. Conclusion: The information and automation construction of PIVAS can help to improve the level of pharmaceutical care, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve the overall management level of hospitals.
