我院4种常用抗菌药物与转化糖注射液的配伍稳定性

摘要:
目的:探讨转化糖注射液与常用抗菌药物配伍的稳定性,减少用药错误,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍溶液中药物含量,观察我院4种常用抗菌药物头孢硫脒、头孢西丁钠、头孢美唑钠、克林霉素磷酸酯在5%、10%转化糖注射液中与对照溶媒(5%葡萄糖注射液)中不同时间点的药物外观性状、pH值、不溶性微粒、含量等变化。结果:4种抗菌药物与5%、10%转化糖注射液配伍后,性状和含量均无显著改变。头孢西丁钠与转化糖注射液配伍后pH值呈升高趋势,且放置时间越久,pH越高,同与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍的pH变化趋势一致。头孢硫脒与转化糖注射液配伍后随放置时间延长,pH逐渐降低。克林霉素磷酸酯、头孢美唑钠与转化糖注射液配伍的稳定性较好,不溶性微粒符合要求,外观、pH、含量均无明显变化。结论:头孢硫脒、头孢西丁钠、头孢美唑钠、克林霉素磷酸酯可以与转化糖注射液配伍使用。建议头孢西丁和头孢硫脒与转化糖配伍后在2 h内使用。

Compatibility Stability of Four Commonly Used Antibiotics and Invert Sugar Injection in Our Hospital

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the compatibility stability of invert sugar injection and four commonly used antibiotics, and to reduce the medication errors, so as to provide basis for rational clinical application of drugs. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the drug content in the compatibility solution, changes of drug appearance, pH value, insoluble particles and content of four commonly used antibiotics such as cefathiamidine, cefoxitin sodium, cefmetazole sodium and clindamycin phosphate in 5% and 10% invert sugar injection and control solvent (5% glucose injection) were observed at different time points. Results: There were no significant changes in the properties and contents of four commonly used antibiotics when mixed with 5% and 10% invert sugar injection. The pH value of cefoxitin sodium and invert sugar injection showed an increasing trend after compatibility, and the longer time of placement, the higher pH of compatibility solution, which was consistent with the pH change trend of compatibility with 5% glucose injection. After the compatibility of cefathiamidine and invert sugar injection, the pH gradually decreased with prolonged placement time. The compatibility of clindamycin phosphate, cefmezole sodium and invert sugar injection was stable, the insoluble particles met the requirements, and there is no significant changes in appearance, pH value or content. Conclusion: Ceftiamidine, cefoxitin sodium, cefmezole sodium and clindamycin phosphate can be used in combination with invert sugar injection. It is recommended to use cefoxetine and ceftiamidine within 2 h after compatibility with invert sugar.
