| 目的：调查吉林大学第一医院止咳祛痰平喘类药品说明书中儿童用药标注情况，为合理使用及规范管理该药提供参考。方法：收集止咳祛痰平喘类药品说明书62份，将说明书中提及儿童用药剂量和儿童用药标注内容列成Excel表，对其相关内容进行统计分析。结果：62份止咳化痰平喘类药品说明书中，有儿童用药剂量标注信息40份（64.52%），有儿童用药指导标注信息41份（66.13%）。结论：止咳祛痰平喘类药品说明书中儿童用药剂量和指导意见仍需进一步完善，国家药品监督管理部门应促使药品生产企业不断完善药品说明书的修订，促进儿童用药更加安全、合理、有效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To investigate children’s medication labeling information in instructions of cough expectorant and anti-asthmatic drugs in First Hospital of Jilin University, so as to provide reference for the rational use and standardized management of drugs. Methods: A total of 62 instructions for cough expectorant and anti-asthmatic drugs were collected. Contents of children’s drug dosage mentioned in the instructions and children’s medication labeling information were listed into Excel, and the relevant contents were statistically analyzed. Results: Of the 62 instructions for cough expectorant and anti-asthmatic drugs, there were 40 cases (64.52%) of children’s drug dosage labeling information, and 41 cases (66.13%) of children’s drug guidance labeling information. Conclusion: The information of dosage and medication guidance for children in the instructions of cough expectorant and anti-asthmatic drugs need to be further improved. The national drug supervision and administration department should urge drug manufacturers to continuously improve the revision of drug instructions, and promote safer, more rational and effective medication for children. |
