| 目的：探讨临床实践中注射用盐酸溴己新与注射用阿奇霉素之间存在的配伍禁忌，进一步寻找原因，为临床安全用药提供依据。方法：将两种药物分别溶解，按照临床配比混合，检测pH。结果：盐酸溴己新溶液pH为4.38，两种不同浓度阿奇霉素溶液的pH分别为7.93和7.91，二者混合后出现浑浊。结论：注射用盐酸溴己新与注射用阿奇霉素存在配伍禁忌 |

| Objective: To probe into the incompatibility between bromhexine hydrochloride and azithromycin for injection in clinical practice, and to further find out the causes and provide evidence for clinical safe medication. Methods: The two drugs were dissolved separately, and the pH was measured according to the mixture of clinical proportion. Results: The pH of bromhexine hydrochloride solution was 4.38, and the pH of two different concentrations of azithromycin solution was 7.93 and 7.91, respectively. There were turbidity after mixing the two solutions. Conclusion: Bromhexine hydrochloride for injection is contraindicated with azithromycin for injection |
