| 摘要: |
| 目的：探讨临床药师在儿童耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）骨髓炎个体化抗感染治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师参与会诊1例万古霉素治疗儿童急性骨髓炎失败的病例，根据患者临床情况及相关检查结果，并结合国内外文献，从PK/PD角度对万古霉素治疗失败的原因进行分析，提出万古霉素治疗失败后替代治疗方案。结果：临床药师提出的治疗方案被医生采纳，患者骨关节感染得到有效控制。结论：临床药师发挥药学专长指导特殊人群使用抗菌药物，可以有效提高抗菌药物临床治疗的疗效。 |

| Objective: To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the individualized treatment of anti-infection for methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) osteomyelitis in children. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated into the consultation of a case of failure in vancomycin treatment of acute osteomyelitis. Based on the patient’s clinical conditions and relevant examination results, combined with domestic and foreign literature, the causes for the failure of vancomycin treatment were analyzed from the perspective of PK/PD, and the alternative treatment regimen after vancomycin treatment failure was proposed. Results: The treatment regimen suggested by the clinical pharmacists was adopted by the clinicians, the bone and joint infection in the patient was effectively controlled. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists give full play to the pharmaceutical expertise to guide use of antibiotics in special populations, which can effectively improve the efficacy of antibiotics in clinical treatment. |
