| 目的:探讨临床药师在小儿外科重症监护病房(PSICU)对先天性膈疝修补术后并发多重感染及血小板减少患儿抗感染治疗过程中发挥的作用。方法:通过参与1 例先天性膈疝修补术后并发多重感染及血小板减少患儿抗感染的治疗,临床药师开展抗感染治疗药学监护,并进行临床会诊,对抗感染治疗相关问题进行分析与总结。结果:药师通过对患儿抗感染治疗的药学实践,给予个体化抗感染治疗建议,治疗后患儿临床症状明显好转,血小板水平升至正常范围,感染相关炎性指标回归正常,转出PSICU,治疗有效。结论:临床药师需深入临床参与治疗过程,在抗感染用药方案的制订、调整、实施等多方面开展药学实践,发挥临床药师价值。 |

| Objective: To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in anti-infective therapy for neonate with multiple infections and
thrombocytopenia after surgical repair of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in pediatric surgical intensive care unit (PSICU). Methods:
Through participating into the treatment of a child with multiple infections and thrombocytopenia after surgical repair of congenital
diaphragmatic hernia, the clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for anti-infective treatment, and carried out clinical
consultations to analyze and summarize the problems related to infection treatment. Results: Through pharmaceutical care for anti-
infective therapy, the clinical pharmacists formulated individualized anti-infective therapy recommendations. After treatment, clinical
symptoms of the child had been improved significantly, the platelet level increased to the normal range, the infection-related
inflammatory indicators returned to the normal level, and the child was transferred out from the PSICU with effective treatment.
Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists are supposed to deeply participate into the clinical treatment process, and carry out pharmaceutical
care in formulation, adjustment and implementation of anti-infective therapy, so as to give full play to the value of clinical pharmacists. |
