| 目的：通过患儿的肺功能和免疫功能探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法：选择我院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿114例，按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组各57例。对照组给予氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德（普米克令舒），观察组在对照组基础上结合化痰平喘方治疗，疗程均为10 d，比较两组患儿的临床疗效、肺功能、免疫功能指标。结果：观察组患儿的总有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的75.44%（P<0.01）。治疗后，两组患儿的喘息、咳嗽和哮鸣音症状积分均降低，且观察组均低于对照组（P均<0.05）；两组患儿的FEV1、FVC及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均升高，且观察组均高于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作疗效显著，且可改善患儿肺功能和细胞免疫功能，具有重要的研究意义。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on children with acute attack of bronchial asthma and the effect on the lung function and immune function of children. Methods: From December 2016 to December 2017, 114 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected and divided into 57 cases in the treatment group and 57 cases in the control group according to the random number table. The control group was given oxygen atomized inhalation of Pulmicort, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of Huatan Pingchuan decoction. The two groups were 10 d. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group (94.74%) was higher than that of the control group (75.44%) (P<0.05). The two groups after treatment of wheezing, cough and wheeze symptom scores decreased (P<0.05); the treatment group after the treatment of wheezing, cough and wheeze symptom score lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FVC, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ increased in two groups, those in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating children with acute bronchial asthma, and can improve lung function and cellular immune function in children. |
