目的:研究西药房分-全带教在提高学生的专业理论知识水平、实践技能能力的效果。方法:实验组采用分-全带教模式,对照组采用传统带教模式,比较两组学生在专业理论知识与实践技能的考核成绩差异。结果:实验组学生的专业理论知识与实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:分-全带教模式有利于学生对专业理论知识与实践技能的培养,能更全面地提升学生的药学服务能力,在西药房带教工作中有良好的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To research the effects of point-all teaching mode on improving the professional theory knowledge and practical skill and ability for students in dispensary. Methods: The experimental group received point-all teaching mode, while the control group received traditional teaching mode. Differences of examination results in professional theory knowledge and practical skill and ability were compared between two groups. Results: The examination results of professional theory knowledge and practical skill and ability in the experimental group were better than than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The point-all teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which can more comprehensively enhance the pharmacy service ability and has better prospects of application in teaching work of dispensary. |
