| 摘要: |
| 目的：探讨儿科临床药师在激素耐药型肾病综合征患儿治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师从钙剂和维生素D的选择使用、常用治疗药物的合理使用等方面开展激素耐药型肾病综合征患儿的药学服务。结果：临床药师提供的药学服务可提高激素耐药型患儿临床用药的合理性，使药物发挥最大效用的同时降低药物不良反应的发生率。结论：临床药师利用自身专业优势，可开展多种形式的药学服务，在激素耐药型肾病综合征患儿治疗中发挥重要作用 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the role of pediatric clinical pharmacists in the treatment of children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome from the selection and use of calcium and vitamin D, and the rational use of commonly used therapeutic drugs. Results: Pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists can improve the rationality of clinical drug use in children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome, maximize the effectiveness of drugs and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can make full use of their own professional advantages to carry out various forms of pharmaceutical care and play an important role in the treatment of children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. |
