| 目的：点评我院中药注射剂的使用情况并进行干预，为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法：利用大通临床用药决策支持软件每月随机抽取使用中药注射剂的病历进行专项点评，采用回顾性分析方法，对我院2017-2018年的中药注射剂使用情况点评结果进行统计分析。结果：我院使用的中药注射剂品种较少，仅有热毒宁注射液和丹参注射液两个品种，根据点评抽样要求，2017-2018年共点评739例；使用中药注射剂的科室主要为呼吸内科（25.30%）、神经内科（20.70%）、感染性疾病科（15.02%）；91例（12.31%）患儿存在中药注射剂不合理使用情况，主要为用法用量及疗程不适宜、适应证不适宜。通过及时干预，中药注射剂不合理使用情况逐渐改善。结论：通过专项点评，我院能够及时了解中药注射剂使用情况；再通过有效的干预，能逐渐改善中药注射剂不合理使用情况。 |

| Objective: To review and intervene the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital, so as to provide reference for rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinic. Methods: Retrospective analysis method was adopted, the clinical medicine support software was used to randomly extract the medical records of traditional Chinese medicine injections for special review every month. Review results of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were statistically analyzed. Results: There were few categories of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital, only Reduning injection and Danshen injection were available. According to the review sampling requirements, a total of 739 cases were reviewed from 2017 to 2018. Departments with application of traditional Chinese medicine injections were mainly respiratory medicine (25.30%), neurology (20.70%) and infectious diseases (15.02%). There were 91 cases (12.31%) of children with irrational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections, mainly for inappropriate dosage and treatment course, and improper indications. Through timely intervention, the irrational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections was improved. Conclusion: Through special review, our hospital can keep abreast of the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections; through effective interventions, the irrational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections can be improved. |
