| 近年来抗菌药物的引入显著改善了儿童支气管扩张的预后。抗菌药物是治疗支气管扩张急性加重期和维持期细菌感染的主要药物,同时也可能存在药物耐药风险,因而使用受到一定限制。由于我国目前对儿童支气管扩张关注度不足且没有统一的治疗方案,因此本文对儿童非囊性纤维化支气管扩张中抗菌药物的使用进展进行阐述,旨在总结儿童支气管扩张抗菌药物方面的治疗方案。 |
