| 呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是单股负链非节段性的RNA 病毒,是<2 岁儿童下呼吸道感染主要的病原。新生儿由于自身免疫特点,更易感染RSV.同时RSV 所致下呼吸道感染也是新生儿时期最常见死因之一。早期的RSV 感染可能对呼吸道产生长期的不良影响。并且目前尚无针对RSV 感染的特异性治疗方法。所以对早期新生儿RSV 感染的预防应该引起重视. |
