| 坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis, NEC)是新生儿中最常见的、病死率最高的疾病,最常见于早产儿,其常见临床表现为腹胀、腹泻、腹壁发红、便血、肠穿孔、肠瘘、腹膜炎、脓毒败血症等,预后不良风险较高,甚至有远期神经系统发育障碍[1鄄2] 。目前预防性使用益生菌在降低NEC发生率中效果明显,但不同益生菌种类的效果及相关副作用较少被提及,本文就益生菌预防早产儿NEC 的相关研究进展作一综述. |
