| 目的:探讨小儿鼾症的有效治疗方案。方法:选取我院耳鼻喉科2017年1月至2018年6月收治的84例小儿鼾症患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各42例,两组均行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术。对照组术后采用头孢克洛抗感染治疗7 d;观察组在抗感染基础上,术后第二天开始加用布地奈德雾化吸入和孟鲁司特钠嚼服。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、手术相关指标和通气功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率为97.61%,与对照组的90.48%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组痊愈率61.90%,高于对照组的35.71%(P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组术后AHI为(8.45±5.63)次/小时,低于对照组的(19.67±6.29)次/小时(P<0.05);观察组术后LSaO2为(91.76±6.65)%,高于对照组的(79.50±8.17)%(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化联合孟鲁司特钠嚼服辅助低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症,可改善通气功能,提高痊愈率、加速临床症状缓解、缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,值得临床推广运用 |

| Efficacy of Budesonide Combined with Montelukast Sodium and Low-Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Pediatric Snoring |

| Objective: To probe into the efficacy and availability of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of pediatric snoring. Methods: Eighty-four children with pediatric snoring admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2017 to Jun. 2018 were enrolled to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope. The control group was given anti-infective treatment of cefaclor for 7 d after surgery; on the basis of anti-infective treatment, the observation group was additionally given budesonide inhalation and montelukast sodium on the 2nd d after surgery. Clinical efficacy, surgery related indicators and ventilation function indicators of two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 97.61%, compared with 90.48% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recovery rate of the observation group was 61.90%, higher than 35.71% of the control group (P<0.05). The relief time of clinical symptoms, healing time of wound and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The apnea hypopnea index (AHI) of the observation group was (8.45±5.63) times/hour, significantly lower than (19.67±6.29) times/hour of the control group (P<0.05). The lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2) of the observation group was (91.76±6.65)%, higher than (79.50±8.17)% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of pediatric snoring can improve the ventilation function, increase the recovery rate, accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms, shorten the healing time of wound and length of stay, which is worthy of clinical promotion |
