新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下采用机器人保障成品输液配送安全

摘要:
目的:为降低相互感染风险,探讨机器人在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下确保静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)成品输液运送安全的可行性。方法:采用物流机器人清洁、消毒与优化物流配送流程,及时将PIVAS调配的成品输液精准配送至各病区,并实时监测追踪运送机器人物表污染、配送时间、配送差错等指标。结果:COVID-19疫情期间,机器人配送成品输液到各病区时的物表污染、配送时间、配送精准性、运送中成品输液损耗等指标均优于人工运送(P<0.05),在避免物表污染尤其是COVID-19接触感染上发挥了重要作用。结论:物流机器人能有效减少物表微生物污染,可完全避免COVID-19感染风险,确保了医疗安全,可供PIVAS参考。

Abstract:
Objective: To probe into the feasibility of robot-assisted system to ensure the safe delivery of finished product infusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) during the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), so as to reduce the risk of mutual infection. Methods: Logistics robot was adopted to clean, disinfect and optimize the logistics distribution process. Finished product infusion prepared by PIVAS was timely delivered to each ward. Contamination of delivery robot’s surface, delivery time and delivery errors were monitored and tracked. Results: During the epidemic of COVID-19, the contamination of delivery robot’s surface, delivery time, delivery accuracy and loss of finished product infusion of robot-assisted system delivery were better than those of manual delivery (P<0.05). Robot-assisted system delivery played an important role in avoiding surface contamination, especially contact infection of COVID-19. Conclusion: Robot-assisted system delivery can effectively reduce the surface contamination of microorganism, avoid the risk of COVID-19 infection, ensure the medication safety, and provide reference for PIVAS.
