对乙酰氨基酚泡腾栓发泡性能的影响因素

摘要:
目的:探讨对乙酰氨基酚泡腾栓发泡性能的影响因素及作用规律,为优化泡腾栓新制剂处方提供参考。方法:以最大发泡量为筛选指标,采用单因素实验法考察基质与发泡剂比例、混合基质组成、吐温-80含量、柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠比例对泡腾栓成型性与发泡性能的影响。结果:以聚乙二醇(PEG) 6000与发泡剂质量比为1.6∶1、吐温含量为3.9%、酸碱比为1∶2制备的对乙酰氨基酚泡腾栓发泡量最大。结论:PEG 6000为泡腾栓的良好基质,酸碱比是影响其发泡性能的主要因素。

Influencing Factors of Foaming Property of Acetaminophen Effervescent Suppositories

Abstract:
Objective: To probe into the influencing factors and laws of effect for the foaming property of acetaminophen effervescent suppositories, so as to provide reference for optimizing the prescription of new effervescent suppository preparation. Methods: The maximum foaming amount was used as the screening indicator, the effects of the mass ratio of base and foaming agent, the composition of mixed bases, the content of Tween-80 and the mass ratio of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate on the formability and foaming property were carried out via the single factor analysis. Results: The maximum foaming property of acetaminophen effervescent suppository was prepared with the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 to foaming agent of 1.6∶1, Tween content of 3.9% and acid-base ratio of 1∶2. Conclusion: PEG 6000 is the effective bases for the acetaminophen effervescent suppositories, and acid-base ratio is the main influencing factor for the foaming performance.
