| [摘要]目的：对首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院中成药的临床使用情况进行统计与分析，为中成药在儿科临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法：该院共有中成药89种，其中含毒性中药饮片的中成药共13种，提取这13种中成药2019年5-7月处方，去重后共计条目数为25 761条，对其进行回顾性分析。结果：该院使用含毒性饮片中成药在临床诊断和用法用量上存在不合理使用问题。结论：建议医师、药师对含毒性饮片中成药加深认识和学习，加强对此类中成药的管理以及普及相关知识，保证用药合理，提高儿童用药安全。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To statistically analyze the clinical application of Chinese patent medicines with ingredients of toxic nature in Beijing Children’s Hospital, Capital Medical University, so as to provide reference for safe and rational application of Chinese patent medicines in pediatrics. Methods: A total of 89 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were enrolled, including 13 kinds of Chinese patent medicines with ingredients of toxic nature. After de-duplication, a total of 25,761 entries were retrospectively analyzed by extracting the prescriptions of these 13 kinds of Chinese patent medicines from May to Jul. 2019. Results: There were several irrational problems in the application of Chinese patent medicines with ingredients of toxic nature in the hospital. Conclusion: It is suggested that clinicians and pharmacists should deepen the understanding and learning of Chinese patent medicines with ingredients of toxic nature, strengthen the management of such Chinese patent medicines and popularize the relevant knowledge, so as to ensure rational application and improve the medication safety for children. |
