| 目的：探讨徐州医科大学附属徐州儿童医院热毒宁注射液药物评价标准的建立与应用，为热毒宁注射液在儿童患者中的合理使用提供参考。方法：以热毒宁注射液说明书为基础，参考相关文献，制订热毒宁注射液药物利用评价（DUE）标准。基于DUE标准，采用我院大通临床合理用药系统随机抽取2019年1-6月使用热毒宁注射液的病历180份（每月各30份），进行回顾性统计分析。结果：制订的热毒宁注射液DUE标准包括用药指征、用药过程、用药结果三个方面。经评价我院热毒宁注射液使用过程中存在的主要不合理问题为用法用量疗程不合理34例（18.89%）、溶媒体积不合理13例（7.22%）、无适应证用药12例（6.67%）。结论：建立的儿童患者应用热毒宁注射液DUE标准实用性和可操作性较好，但我院热毒宁注射液临床应用尚存在部分局限，临床应加强点评和干预。 |

| Establishment and Application of Drug Use Evaluation Criteria for Reduning Injection |

| Objective: To probe into the establishment and application of drug use evaluation (DUE) criteria for Reduning injection in the Affiliated Xuzhou Children’s Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, so as to provide reference for the rational application of Reduning injection in children. Methods: Based on drug instructions of Reduning injection, by referring to related specifications and literature, DUE criteria for Reduning injection in our hospital was established. According to DUE criteria, 180 medical records (30 each per month) with Reduning injection from Jan. to Jun. 2019 were randomly extracted by using Datong Clinical Rational Drug Use System for retrospective statistical analysis. Results: DUE criteria for Reduning injection was established from medication indications, medication process, and medication results. After evaluation, the main irrational problems in the application of Reduning injection in our hospital were improper usage, dosage and course of treatment (34 cases, 18.89%), improper solvent volume (13 cases, 7.22%), and non-indication medication (12 cases, 6.67%). Conclusion: The established DUE criteria for Reduning injection in pediatrics is practical and operable, yet there are still some limitations in the clinical application of Reduning injection in our hospital, and clinical reviews and interventions should be strengthened |
