目的:调研我国儿童医院病区备用药品管理现状,探索管理对策,保障病区备用药品的临床用药安全。方法:面向我国
45 家儿童专科医院(三级医院34 家和二级医院11 家),自行设计问卷展开调研,采用Excel 2010 软件统计基础数据,分析可能
存在的风险点,结合政策法规与文献,探索规范化管理对策。结果:共发放问卷853 份,回收有效问卷823 份,有效回收率
96. 5%。现阶段儿童医院病区备用药品管理存在的主要问题为种类数量过多(42. 2%)、分区分类标示标签不完善(27. 6%)、贮
存条件不达标或缺少温/ 湿度记录(26. 9%)、无使用补充破损登记记录(25. 3%)等。结论:现阶段儿童医院病区备用药品仍主
要采用人工管理,在保障临床用药及时性与便捷性方面存在不足,病区备用药品在临床使用中存在安全隐患;通过自动化与信
息化实现药品使用的全程可追溯,可以从根源上解决病区备用药品管理问题。 |

The Survey on the Management Status of Spare Drugs in Inpatient Ward of Children’s Hospital |

Abstract: |
Objective: To explore management strategies and guarantee the safety of clinical medication of spare drugs in inpatient ward
by investigating on the management status of spare drugs in inpatient ward of children’s hospitals in China. Methods: Using the selfdesigned questionnaire, we conducted survey among 45 children’s hospitals in China, including 34 tertiary hospitals and 11 secondary hospitals. The basic data about the management of spare drugs were collected and further analyzed by software Excel 2010 to investigate
the potential risk points of the management, followed by reviewing the policies and regulations, and the literatures, in order to explore a
standardized management strategy. Results: In total, 853 questionnaires were distributed and 823 valid ones were collected, with
effective recovery rate of 96. 5%. The results indicated there were some problems in the management of spare drugs in inpatient ward in
children’s hospitals, including excessive kinds and amount of the spare drugs (42. 2%), inaccurate identification (27. 6%), unsuitable
storage condition or lack of temperature and moisture record (26. 9%), lack of the record of use, supplement, and damage (25. 3%),
etc. . Conclusion: There are some defects in the management of spare drugs in some of the investigated inpatient wards for manual
management at present, which affect the safety and convenience of applying the spare drugs, and there are potential safety hazards in
clinical use of spare drugs in wards. Using the automatic and informatized system to trace the spare drugs is an effective method to
improve the safety and management of spare drugs in wards from the root. |
