| [摘要]为进一步提升中国儿童慢性肾脏病(CKD)早期筛查水平,促进儿童CKD 早期筛查临床实践的标准化和规范化,由国家
儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心(重庆医科大学附属儿童医院)和中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏学组联合发起,共同制订《中
国儿童慢性肾脏病早期筛查临床实践指南(2021 版)》。指南制订委员会将遵循循证指南制订的原则、方法和步骤,组建多学科
专家团队,采用GRADE 方法,制订基于循证证据的儿童CKD 早期筛查指南。该计划书主要阐述指南制订的意义及目的,指南
制订的完整流程,指南的发表、推广、实施及更新。 |

| [Abstract] In order to improve the level of early screening of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children from China, and promote the
standardization and normalization of clinical practice, the National Clinical Research Center for Child Health and Disorders (Children爷s
Hospital of Chongqing Medical University) collaborate with the Nephrology Group of Pediatrics Society of Chinese Medical Association to
develop the Protocol for Development of Clinical Practice Guideline for Early Screening of Chronic Kidney Disease in Children from China
(Version 2021). The Guideline Development Committee will follow the principles and methods of evidence鄄based guideline, establish
the multidisciplinary working groups, and use the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE)
method to develop evidence鄄based early screening guideline for children with CKD. This protocol mainly introduces the purpose of the
guideline, the complete process of formulation, the publishment, dissemination and future updating. |
