| MR 除具有调节肾脏远端小管重吸收钠和排泄钾以控制血压和细胞外液稳态的生理功能外,在组织损伤时 MR 过度激活还可通过刺激炎症、促进纤维化、诱导氧化应激和细胞损伤等引起肾间质纤维化。 盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂 ( mineralocorticoidreceptor antagonist,MRA)可阻止 MR 引起的一系列肾脏损伤反应,降低尿蛋白水平,改善肾功能,从而延缓 CKD的进展,提示 MRA 可能是 CKD 靶向治疗的新策略。 |
